• The official scanned copy of your educational degree Certificate
• The completed copy of your academic transcripts
• Official Name change documents where applicable (e.g., a certificate issued by the registry, marriage certificate, or gazette publication)
• Official English language translation evidence (if any)
• The scans of your salary slips/tax returns/bank statements to verify your salary claims.
• Original scanned copy of job confirmation, Promotion, or work experience letters from your previous company or an organization.
• The evidence of a joining letter for the company or an organization you have worked for.

• Your up-to-date CV resume in A4 size paper must be attached and should not exceed three pages.
• All the details such as name, contact address, and Number of the organization should be included.
• The date and duration of the employment must be specified per the appointment order.
• Continuing professional development (CPD) should be in a list format and should not exceed one page.
• Follow Australian English while writing your Three career Episode report.
• Each section of your career episode has to be numbered.
• Three career Episodes should be written in essay format, not table format.
• One summary statement must be written for all three career Episodes.
